1

Box Breathing

  1. Breathe in for 4 counts
  2. Hold for 4 counts
  3. Breathe out for 4 counts
  4. Repeat as many times a day as you need, whenever you feel overwhelmed
  5. Use it to pull your attention out of the future and the past, and back into your breath — back into yourself
2

Energy In, Energy Out

  1. Pay attention to how you feel after you're around someone
  2. Notice: do they leave you with more energy, or less?
  3. Remember — not everyone who likes you regulates you. Some people take energy instead
  4. Choose to spend more time with the people on your frequency
3

Shake It Out

  1. Notice when energy feels stuck in your body — that's when your brain gets bogged down
  2. Put music on, or don't
  3. Go on a burst of random dancing — let it look however it looks
  4. Move the body first, before you try to think your way through it
4

Pilers, Not Organizers

  1. Drop the guilt and shame about your space — it's not a character flaw
  2. Accept the truth: we are pilers, we are gatherers, we were never going to be organizers
  3. Work with your brain instead of against it
  4. Pick one surface at a time — not the whole room
5

Name It to Tame It

  1. Catch the moment you feel overwhelmed, shameful, or guilty
  2. Don't trust the feeling right away — that wiring was built when you were a kid, covering for everybody
  3. Name it. Enunciate it. Say it out loud
  4. State it plainly: this is not fact
  5. That's how it finally loosens its grip on your identity
6

Borrow Nature's Calm

  1. Notice how modern environments and lifestyle train you to be rigid — against the flow
  2. Know that you are beyond all of that conditioning
  3. Step outside, even for a few minutes
  4. Get real sunlight on your skin, breathe the air, find the trees
  5. Let it regulate you — part of unmasking is realizing nature never begged to be understood, it just is

Holistic Guide for Neurodivergence

These are the tools I use. The guide goes deeper — 120 pages built over close to a year, returning you to your own inner voice, stripping away what the world told you to be, and reframing how you see yourself. Taking back the labels. Staying sovereign. If you enjoy my content, you're gonna love this.
